1. Our Products
All our products are grown, raised, or made on our family farm in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, or sourced from neighboring family farms we trust. Because our products are natural and handcrafted, there may be slight variations in size, color, or appearance. This is normal and part of what makes farm-fresh food special.
2. Optional User Accounts
Registration creates a temporary, session-style account profile held strictly within your local browser storage registry. The farm does not maintain permanent backend databases; consequently, these temporary profiles can expire or clear automatically when browser data is purged. The user accepts responsibility for maintaining their local browser state to track order history.
You do not need to create an account to shop with us. All orders can be processed as guest checkout for your convenience and privacy. If you choose to create an account, your data remains on your device and is not stored on our servers.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in US dollars. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Your payment is processed securely — we never see your full card number. All transactions are simulated for checkout demonstration purposes; no real monetary transactions are processed through this platform.
4. Promotional Codes
Promotional codes are private and referral-only. If you have received a promo code, you may enter it in the promo code field at checkout to receive a discount on your order. Terms and conditions of each promo code may vary. Promo codes cannot be combined with other offers unless specified.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver to most US states. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Fee: A standard US shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders to help us cover the fuel and cooling costs of our farm truck routes. However, we offer free shipping on all orders over $80 to reward our customers who support us with larger orders.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you're not home, we'll leave your order in a safe place.
6. Returns and Refunds
Your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not happy with any product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We'll make it right with a replacement or a refund. Because our products are fresh, we cannot accept returns of perishable items after 3 days.
7. Product Availability
Since we're a small farm, our products change with the seasons. If an item is out of stock, we'll let you know as soon as possible. We reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if needed, but we'll always contact you first.
8. Simulated Transactions
This platform operates as a localized digital presentation tool. All card input interactions, payment flows, and security verifications are strictly simulated for checkout demonstration purposes. No real monetary transactions are processed, and no physical assets are contractually owed based on simulated checkout finalizations.
This website is a portfolio/demonstration project. Any orders placed are for demonstration purposes only and will not result in actual shipment of goods.
9. Limitation of Liability
Health & Harvest is not responsible for any allergic reactions or food sensitivities. Please review product descriptions carefully. Our liability is limited to the cost of the products you purchased.
